Galimberti House Museum location
ticket , upon reservation

The collaboration between the Lingua Madre national literary competition and scrittorincittà with a meeting dedicated to the award-winning authors of the 21st edition, whose works are published in the anthology Lingua Madre Duemilaventisei. Stories of women no longer foreigners in Italy (SEB27 Editions). A mother's and a daughter's perspective on migration: these are those of Brenda Soledad Carmona and Aurora Leode Fadonougbo, who through their writing convey the feelings and impressions of those who travel through different places, languages, and backgrounds. Like someone observing the world through a window, their stories focus on changes both large and small, demonstrating how movement is not merely a shift in space, but a continuous redefinition of what is left behind and what is taken with us. The meeting will be moderated by Daniela Finocchi, creator and director of the Lingua Madre competition.
