A restricted traffic zone ( ZTL) is in place in the historic center . Entrances are monitored by cameras, and unauthorized vehicles will be automatically fined. For unauthorized vehicles, the ZTL is prohibited every day (including holidays) from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, while from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM, transit is permitted for all. In Via Roma, however, the restricted traffic zone is in place every day (including holidays) from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
To attend live events, you must purchase a ticket (the price is listed next to each event). Unless otherwise specified, you must reserve a seat even for free events. For events for children, tickets are required for both children and their accompanying adults. A print@home option is available for ticketing (for both paid and free events): once purchased, you will receive your tickets in PDF format by email; they must then be shown (printed at home or directly from your smartphone) upon entry to the venue. Refunds for purchased tickets will be issued only if the event is cancelled by the organizer.
Online advance sales will be available starting November 5th (starting at 1:00 PM) on the Clappit platform . Tickets for free events, where reservations are required, can also be purchased on the same site. A service charge of €1.50 will be added to the ticket price indicated next to each event. To ensure advance sales, we recommend pre-registering on the site ( click here) to proceed .
A maximum of 5 tickets for each event can be purchased per cart (transaction). Multiple orders (transactions) can be placed for the same event.
Teacher cards and the Carta Giovani Cultura (Youth Culture Card) can also be used to purchase tickets online (valid only for online and personal purchases, so you can only make one ticket purchase at a time. If you add more than one ticket for the same event to your cart, you will not be able to use the Teacher Card or the Carta Giovani Cultura. You can still use them if you wish to attend multiple events).
Starting November 12th, a ticket office will be open at the Provincial Meeting Center (Corso Dante 41 , 9:00 am - 8:00 pm) for both unsold ticketed events and free events still available. Tickets purchased at the box office are exempt from service charges , and payment by Carta Insegnanti or Carta Giovani Cultura is not accepted .
You can resell purchased tickets you no longer wish to use. This can be done from your personal area on the ticketing platform, where you can also cancel the resale if necessary. This is not an automatic refund: a refund will only be made if another user purchases the re-listed ticket. In this case, the ticket price (minus service fees) will be credited to the credit card used for the initial purchase. This service charges a €1.50 fee per ticket. Tickets that are not resold by the start of the event will still be valid for admission.
Please note that resale is not permitted for purchases made using the Carta Giovani Cultura or Carta del Docente cards.
Appointments for schools are free, by reservation, and reserved for registered classes.
