Ana Maria Sepe

A graduate in Psychology, she is an expert in psychoanalytic symbolism and the study of personality using the Myers-Briggs model. In 2012, she co-founded Psicoadvisor, the leading online magazine for psychology, neuroscience, and personal growth, with Anna De Simone. For Giacinto Onlus, she promoted and curated the campaign against the social stigma associated with mental illness. In 2020, she collaborated with regional organizations and the Ministry of Health during the Covid-19 emergency. In 2019, she compiled and presented the dossier "Mental Health: A Report on Italians' Online Searches," comparing it with research data collected in the post-pandemic period. In 2022, she and Anna De Simone published "Rewrite the Pages of Your Life," a book published by Rizzoli, which proved to be the most widely read psychology book of the year. She is a resilient woman, her greatest passion is writing novels and poetry.
