Massimiliano Tappari
Who is?
A graduate of the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, his photographs tell the stories hidden in small things. Winner of the 2016 Andersen Prize for Cultural Protagonist, he has for years led local wonder workshops at schools, libraries, museums, and festivals, encouraging children and adults to use their creativity and grasp the fantastical side of everyday life. Exhibitions of his work have been held at the Casina di Raffaello in Rome, the Remotti Foundation in Camogli (as part of the Skiaffino Prize), and the PAN – Palazzo delle Arti Napoli.
