Antonio Vincenti, aka Sualzo. A failed saxophonist, self-taught illustrator, and interested in worldly matters, he began his artistic career in the 1990s collaborating with “Il Corriere della Sera.” A children's book author, he soon found himself working for major Italian publishing houses. His books have been published in France, Portugal, Croatia, Switzerland, Poland, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, China, South Korea, and the USA. In Italy, he published L'improvvisatore (Rizzoli-Lizard, 2009), a work for which he won the award for best screenplay at the Festi'BD in Moulins. In 2013, he published Fermo, a graphic novel published by Bao Publishing, which opened the series Le città viste dall'alto. In 2014, again for Bao Publishing, he illustrated Gaetano e Zolletta, based on texts by Silvia Vecchini.
