Giorgio Scaramuzzino is an actor, director, playwright, and author of children's literature. He won the Andersen Prize in 2001 with Abbecedario (Panini) as Best Artfully Made Book. He teaches Theatre Animation at the University of Genoa. He conducts workshops for actors and training sessions for teachers and educators on Theatre Education. He was the artistic director of the Children's Theatre at the Teatro dell'Archivolto and of the Teatro Nazionale di Genova.
