Espérance Hakuzwimana

She was born in Rwanda in 1991. She grew up in the province of Brescia and moved to Turin in 2015, where she attended the Holden School. She is a cultural activist and works with associations, schools, libraries, and companies in Italy to dismantle the stereotypes that underlie all forms of discrimination. For adults, she has published E poi basta. Manifesto di una donna nera italiana (People, 2019) and Tutta intera (Einaudi, 2022). Her first book for girls and boys, La banda del landingonerottolo , has been published by Mondadori .
