Don Luigi Ciotti

Who is?

Born in Pieve di Cadore on September 10, 1945, he is a priest, the inspiration, and founder of Gruppo Abele and the "Libera" Association. Known in Italy and abroad for his work against the mafia,
he has written, among other works: The Class of Empty Benches with Sonia Maria Luce Possentini (Ega-Edizioni Gruppo Abele 2016), Letter to a Racist of the Third Millennium (Ega-Edizioni Gruppo Abele 2019), We Need You. To Build a More Beautiful and Fairer World (Piemme 2023).
