Chiara Carminati
Who is?
She writes books for children and young adults and holds training sessions for teachers and librarians, particularly on poetry teaching. She has won numerous firsts, including the Andersen Prize for Best Author in 2012, the Strega Ragazzi e Ragazze Prize 2016, and the Nati per Leggere Prize 2019. She has edited numerous translations, including the Beatrix Potter short story collection and the novels of Malika Ferdjoukh.
