Can a story transform a hospital room into a place of discovery, imagination, and encounter? The project "Reading High. Reading to Grow," created by the Library of the Gaslini Hospital in Genoa, brings books, stories, and games into the daily lives of hospitalized children and their families. This experience intertwines reading, storytelling, and play, engaging parents, educators, and healthcare workers. Because even in the most difficult times, a story can open new worlds, create relationships, and restore a sense of serenity to children. Starting this year, the project will also be available in the pediatrics department of the Cuneo hospital. Organized by Il sogno di Tommi, Gaslini Hospital in Genoa, Cepell. Serena Musso Capozzi, project coordinator, Carlo Carzan, training director, and Valeria Almerighi, educator, will be present.
