Every day we exchange glances, exchange words, and connect with those around us. We are social animals; we need others, a community, to be happy. But opening ourselves (like windows) sometimes scares us: we fear harming ourselves, lowering our defenses. Yet, it is precisely from this openness that the possibility of change, of healing, of discovering who we are beyond our masks arises: Ameya Canovi (Le stelle non sono mai sola, Vallardi) leads us through a fascinating and dizzying choice: that of opening ourselves to the world and naming what we cannot name.
