School program presentation

Scrittorincittà  will be held from November 11th to 15th . The theme that will serve as the guiding thread for this year's edition is WINDOWS . Ours is a world on the move, a world waiting. It's a world that passes before us, sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly. Where are we headed? And what do we look at as we go? We're all on a journey. And we're all standing in front of windows. Windows aren't windows: windows are made for traveling. Books are windows. The world passes through books, different each time, and we enter it with our gaze. Sometimes this world surprises us, moves us, intrigues us. Sometimes it leaves us indifferent. Those who write books paint a different panorama every time. And when it's dark outside? Windows... reflect. They reflect our faces and who we are. The faces of those around us. In the darkness they push us to reflect. From windows, even those who move out of necessity, for war, for poverty, look at the world. Windows aren't always happy looks. But are the screens of our computers, our televisions, our smartphones also windows? Maybe, maybe not. Maybe people's faces are also windows. Windows are a boundary between outside and inside , between the heart and the image. Humanity, our relationship with things and with our knowledge of things, passes through books, technologies, faces... As always, we will be planning events for schools of all ages , all in person . The meetings will be free and by reservation . The program will be revealed on Tuesday, October 6 , in two meetings aimed at teachers, to preview the authors, books, and events of the next edition (events for preschools, elementary schools, and middle and high schools). PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATES:
Anyone who needs to receive a certificate of participation must register before the meetings by filling out the appropriate form by clicking here. Thecertificate will then be sent by email after the meetings (in the following weeks), only to those who have followed this procedure.
